We'll start with a pair of well known images.

The pairing is kind of odd, but I'm interested to see what you can come up with.

This blog is designed to be a game for art history and culture criticism.

Each post will have two pictures. One will be a work of art, the other will be either another work of art, or a photograph of some event in history.

Your job is to post the relationship between the images. It can be aesthetic, historical, cultural, or anything else that seems relevant.
